District 68 was incorporated by the State of California in 2004 and includes ten leagues in South Orange County, California.The district includes four leagues in Mission Viejo, four leagues in the Rancho Santa Margarita/Coto de Caza/Ladera Ranch area, one league in San Juan Capistrano/Dana Point area, and one league in San Clemente.
